ENTRY LEVEL SUPERVISOR TRAINING

NCRWA Offers Entry Level Supervisor Training in two ways: on request for systems staff only (private) and occasionally as an open class where anyone can attend. Supervisors developed the NCRWA Entry-Level Supervisor Training to make the transition from staff worker to supervisor less stressful. Whether supervising office staff, meter readers, or plant personnel, anyone transitioning into a leadership role can benefit from this interactive, practical training program.

Professional Growth Hours for Engineers and Surveyors
Per the North Carolina Board of Examiners for Engineers and Surveyors, pertaining to Professional Growth Hours (PGH's) The onus is on the licensee to make the determination of whether a course or activity has a purpose or objective that will maintain, improve, or expand the skills and knowledge relevant to the licensee’s field of practice. If you have questions concerning PGH's, you should contact Martha Michalowski at mmichalowski@ncbels.org with the NC Board of Examiners for Engineers and Surveyors.
We encourage and welcome all Engineers and Land Surveyors to consider NRWA training when possible, for your required hours, and welcome you to attend, and if interested, speak as well when and where applicable.
