NCRWA provides hands-on and classroom, real-world training for water and wastewater operators across North Carolina. Our programs focus on building stronger systems through hands-on learning, expert instruction, and skills you can put to work immediately, helping communities operate more efficiently, safely, and sustainably.

Replacement certificates can be ordered by completing the Training Certificate Reissue Form.
A $10 administrative fee will be charged.

This cancellation policy applies to Standard Con-Ed Classes (not online), Certification Schools, Backflow Prevention Cross Connection, Customer Service Training, and Flagger Training. It does NOT apply to on-line training, customized on-site training, or any other NCRWA events or services - for these items, see the particular event for cancellation details or call 336.731.6963. Cancellations are accepted by completing the appropriate form only, and will adhere to the refund policy.
